2. Products & Custom Orders

  • All lapel pins are custom-made based on client specifications.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces.
  • Designs must be provided by the client or approved before production.
  • Variations in color, texture, and finishing may occur due to material and manufacturing processes.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are provided after reviewing your design and production details.
  • Payments must be made in full or as agreed before production begins.
  • Prices may change due to material costs, currency fluctuations, or updates to production processes.

4. Production Time & Delivery

  • Standard production takes 10–21 working days depending on quantity and design complexity.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics providers.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds or returns are not offered once production has started.
  • Any production errors caused by us will be corrected at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, artwork, and designs provided by clients remain their property.
  • By submitting your design, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us permission to reproduce it for your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses resulting from misuse of products, delays outside our control, incorrect customer design submissions, or third-party services such as delivery companies.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any changes.
